Question regarding hardware characters

I am trying to figure out what starting S.D.C. Hardware characters get. The character creation chapter simply tells you to check the power category for base S.D.C., but I cannot find anything in the hardware description where it gives a baseline S.D.C. table. Please help me figure this out community!!!

Nevermind I found it after all 35 SDC to start with.

35 SDC for each, but its listed under each specialty separately.

You only get the 35sdc bonus once.
