Character build has been assigned.

I am the parties Borg. Don't know anything else. Sooo once again I get to build a sick but rules legal -_- Cyborg.

Ok people of forums, lend me your tips for designing the ultimate Cyborg.

I need two things, tons of Mdc and hopefully some sort of stealth capabilities.

Really eyeballing a white Tiger Shock Trooper but The ThunderStorm with over a thousand mdc is pretty awesome as well.
Hmmm.

With any of those options you'll get high M.D.C., though it'll come attached with costly repair bills. I don't understand the desire for stealth. In a tech character, high M.D.C. and stealth don't go together at all. The 'Borg gets some great armor, but the prowl penalties are terrible. The 'Borg body can have good M.D.C., but again due to size and weight there are (typically) prowl penalties.

You're better off focusing on one or the other. And honestly, if you really want to focus on Stealth, I think you're better off not being a 'Borg.

The Robot R.C.C. is an interesting roleplay challenge - assuming you're playing it as per the book and not trying to do some sort of weird homebrew power armor thing again. The Neural Intelligence gets to have a bunch of skills at high percentages, and prowl can certainly be one of them. I don't believe there are prowl penalties for the basic humanoid body, either. You can make it look completely human and wear regular armor and stuff. The Transferred Intelligence gets to keep some psychic abilities and of course his/her own skills as well, which can include prowl. Or maybe the character was a Japanese Ninja, with arts of stealth? You can probably twink this out pretty interestingly, depending on the limits of your G.M.'s whimsy.

While 250,000 is a huge chunk of change, the borg nanite auto repair system is great, albiet expensive.

Yeah, sure. But the 'Borg armors have major prowl penalties.

-10% light and medium -20% heavy.
No different than most body armor for humans and better protection than mpst.

That doesn't jive with my memory but I'll take your word for it. It still supports how trying to be stealthy and have lots of M.D.C. is a mutually exclusive goal for a cyborg.

Wait, if that's your goal/play style why the heck did full conversion heavy borg seem like the best idea to you? I would have thought a Headhunter with a fancy rifle would have been a much better fit, not to mention the actual sneaky classes like that one Russian Reaver Assassin. What the devil is the rest of your party going to do while you get into sniping position (often a quarter mile or more away with the right laser rifle which more or less guarantees automatic prowl success regardless more often than not)? Wait in the truck?

I am worried about me, those are my qualifications for the Team.
I am ten feet tall weigh two tons, quiet as a mouse and a real real good shot.

I don't want too waste my hard earned credits on unnecessary repairs, hire a juicer or Crazie to charge in with a sword.

Be a Juicer, then. It's a whole lot easier to sneak, and you get more benefits for sniping.

Thunderstorm is the one with the 2 artillery cannons on the back right? There's your stealth an mdc all in one. I mean it's still considered stealth if you kill everyone that can hear you from miles away right???

Anti-Monster. Plenty of MDC, plus can wear additional cyborg armour, in addition to decent bio-regeneration. -20% to prowl, but they get Shadow Meld and Chameleon as spells to make up for it.

Not according to Megaverse in Flames, where they were reprinted.

I do like the idea of the stealthy giant tiger borg though.

A vehicle is required though, this is proving to be an issue.

Stealth vehicle ng prowler hover cycle. might need an over sized version of one.
The Clones are coming you shall all be replaced, but who is to say you have not been replaced already.

Master of Type-O and the obvios.

Soon my army oc clones and winged-monkies will rule the world but first, must .......

I may debate canon and RAW, but the games I run are highly house ruled. So I am not debating for how I play but about how the system works as written.
