Do the zombies just get frozen still from no body heat

Their Spd, attacks, and combat bonuses get reduced but I forget by how much off hand. But they can be frozen if they get cold enough and will slip into dormancy until thawed out.

Best thing for zombies is to be cold enough that they stop rotting and can live forever but not so cold they can't move.

Main book, page 34. First column, last paragraph. It's bold face headed with "Extreme cold temperatures (below freezing)"

Though I was mistaken about the combat bonus penalty, the Spd and attacks are halved.

Spd is fixed by getting a team of huskies hitched to a sled and dragging the zombies over the tundra. Mush! You won't even need a whip because the dogs will run for their lives and the zombies are probably too stupid to figure that they should pull on the reigns to shorten the distance.
