Is there an official stance on the duration of spells that are short? (like 15 sec) I ask because if someone casts a spell or powers a tw item 4 actions into a melee round, would that effect last until 4 actions into the next round if it was a 15 sec effect?

I feel silly, because it's never come up until now.

It would last 15 seconds. Count how many APM the caster has. Thats how many it will last

The duration is counted from the end of the casting time.
