In RT ed 1 there was text about what and how many skills a Zentraedie could learn from humans, w/o changing their class.

Is there any text in RT ed2 concerning this?

AFAIK the Zentreadi in 2E do not get any thing like in 1E for what you are asking. You don't even get bonus skills for elapsed time when moving TMS/TRM characters into the NG setting like in 1E.
