Okay, I have a question.
Strictly speaking, if a character uses the Psychic Omni-Sight power, they're unable to take any other physical actions, and so can't move. However, can a psychic in a moving vehicle use Omni-Sight and still get the same bonuses? It does say they're hyper-sensitive to movement, so I'd imagine a moving vehicle wouldn't really bother them. Perhaps, more to the point, since my character is a Psyscape Bubblemaker, and therefore rises a few feet above the ground when he uses Omni-Sight, can he tie himself to the car and float behind it, kinda like a parasailer, in a Zen-like trance?

RD

Where can the Psyscape Bubblemaker be found? I would say that trying to use Omni-Sight while in/on a moving vehicle would leave the psychic confused and nauseous at the very least.

Yhabbayar Bubblemaker RCC can be found in WB12 pg130-135 OR WB30 pg217-220

The bonuses and power work on the assumption that you are stationary (IMHO), so engaging in movement of the body isn't something that was considered, but I'd give the same range, but the resolution would be "blurry" (dependent upon the speed of movement).
Yes in this case they could be floating and get towed by another character/vehicle.

yes, you can be moved while in an omni-sight trance, you just can't move yourself.

Also keep in mind if the vehicle turns a sharp corner, he's gonna keep going straight ahead as far as the rope allows. But then, if the rope's too short, and the car flips, he has no way of jumping out of the way when the vehicle crashes on top of him. So, it could be a grim scenario.
