Wallachia Netbook
Does anyone remember a Wallachia Netbook on the web many years back? It had new rules for vampires in Rifts/Nightbane. I've been trying to find it for awhile. Anybody have this or know who made it? I believe that this version of vampire was called nosferatu to differentiate from the standard rules.

Unfortunately I don't have the URL. I remember really enjoying the rules in that netbook. They made total sense.

Check out Rifter 49 for a different take on Vampires. I don't usually suggest Rifter stuff, but the Vampires here are really fitting.
