Full Zent:
Macross saga sourcebook. (each type of soldier is a different 'race' with different attributes)
also, the UEEF Marines sourcebook has a table with the above condensed into a table for use with other OCC's.
Half Zent: Southern Cross Sourcebook or the New Generation Sourcebook.
Refugee masters: Southern Cross sourcebook. also IIRC the UEEF Marines book has a chart with much of this info condensed for use with other OCC's.
also, the new Generation sourcebook adds an extra wrinkle, space-born vs earth-born (minor bonuses, can easily be ignored)
RCC's and Class/Caste info

If you are talking 2E Books, see glitterboy2098's above post.
However as you mention 1E, if that is the Edition you are talking about... 1/2 Zentreadi are not covered (Dana was "unique" IIRC, though if you have the old Macross 2 RPG you can adapt from there). Micronized Zentreadi are found in the Zentreadi section of the Main Book (Bk1), the Zen. SB (bk3), and RT2 (Sentinels). The various Masters are found in the Bk4 Southern Cross

The Shiny One gave the current canon answer (2nd ed).
1st ed, Dana S. is the only mixed heritage person in RT that is in the gamebooks. Whether Aurora is Dana's sister or not could be in question. She is in the show in an unnamed cameo near the end of the SC story arc and in the novels but they were not canonized for the game.
In RT: Malcontent Uprisings comic it told of the child F.M. Leonard had with a fem. Zentraedie. I don't think these were ever considered canon like the comics done after the reboot.
..But in the Macross II game books it does set forth the mod for people of mixed heritage for Human & Zetran(M) and Human & Meltrandi(F).
Then in the Macross story line M&M have 7-9 daughters. They star in a few of the Macross video games and their youngest costars in the Macross 7 anime series.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
