How do you account for the leveling aspect of spells?
Do you keep the leveling in the talent made?
If you omit the leveling how does this effect the buy/activation cost?
If you evaluate it at a static level....which level do you evaluate it at?
I ask because I noted that the DD TCR does not mention how to include or exclude a spell's level feature from the calculations for a new talent.
Have any of you even thought about this aspect of the talent making rules?
