Doppleganger Aging rates contradiction

Found 2 slightly different statements in the main book.

Normally or frozen (ie not at all) per 158, vs a slow (not normal, not frozen) rate on 160.
Have any other statements about aging been introduced to clear this up?

- The Doppleganger then ages at the same rate as their human double. However, if the human double dies or is slain, the Doppleganger is frozen at the age of their demise and lives for as long as a century without growing older.

- Average Life Span: .. they age very slowly
