Difference in the progress of time
From the books we know some dimensions have a faster, slower or even no progress of time. I don't remember seeing if there was any difference between Rifts Earth the the Three Galaxies. Is there any difference?

Only that which each GM imposes.

Between random rifts, dimensional maelstroms, Forge intervention and greater powers "messing with mortals"; time between the Tri-Gal and Rifts Terra is... fluid. For the most part the two time-lines run at same rate.
that doesn't mean the PC's will be (if the GM is a sadist *innocent look*)

I was of the same opinion I was just wondering if there was any official difference.
