Ticket Question

Hello All!

I ordered my tickets (both VIP Thursday and regular POH) over two weeks ago. For the last POH, I received a physical paper ticket. I still have not received one. My account was charged. Did anyone else receive a physical ticket? If so, I will contact them.

I did not receive a hard copy.

VIP ordered, paid but no physical ticket yet. As I recall from past OHs we got out tickets/certificates closer to the OH maybe even just weeks before.

Well, I wouldn't worry much about it. In the past there is a name tag with waiting for you. You're on the list and you show ID (or just say you're so-and-so) and you're in.
