Has anyone used all the source books for universe building?

Meaning set it up so most if not all of the settings and NPCs exist and are at least mentioned in the narrative? And if so details on how you made it work. Thanks.

The NPCs, and settings, mentioned, by name, in the narrative?
That is a LOT of NPCs... and it would be pretty jarringly meta to say something like Systems-Failure Earth in an in-game narrative.
