I'm driving myself crazy looking for the DISCUS computer program that iirc, provides a bonus to designing new cybernetics and bionics.

I think it's part of a large tool kit, and I think it's in phaseworld, but I'm just not able to find it at the moment. I tried posting the search a while back to the FB group, but I never got a reply there. Hoping that someone here can help me find it.

Rifts Bionics Sourcebook, Pg 68.

This is more for Rifts Earth but I have used it for Phase World too.
