Mock Zombies, Meditation and Self-Sustenance w/ Death Cults

You are on your own. The Army is MIA and our government is gone! There are no communications of any kind. Cities and towns have gone dark, and zombies fill the streets. The dead have risen and it would seem to be the end of the world. Help me, Mommy!

Mock Zombies, Meditation and Self-Sustenance w/ Death Cults

Pg 24: only 1 PPE per 3 days (fractions count) is needed to stop decay
Pg 52: all Mock Zombies have a minimum of 3 PPE
Pg 67: Death Priests allow people to release 1/2 their PPE to feed zombies
Pg 212: Meditation restores 2 PPE per hour

Given that the Death Cults already bypass the usual rules could they feed self?

Do zombies regenerate PPE?

If they do not, does meditation work for zombies?

Would also be curious to know if Half-Living can regenerate PPE. Perhaps at half the rate?
