most inclusive random abilities table?
Does anyone know if there is a master table somewhere for rolling random super powers which includes the new powers in later books?

You're right! Page 105 of PU3. The downside is that a lot more powers were introduced in Armageddon Unlimited and there were a few "official" powers that came out in subsequent Rifters that aren't included in the PU3 table. I also wanted a fully comprehensive table listing all the powers in the HU world, so I made a list to include a corresponding percentile roll of all the HU powers along with notations as to what source and page number they're referenced in.
