What is the conversion rate from Earth Credits to Megaverse Credits?

Also, I remember reading about a race that had millions of starting credits (in one of the dimensional books) but can't find it for the life of me.

I'm pretty sure the conversion is either 5 to 1 or 10 to 1. The section of the Phase World book talking about the gate levels I believe mentions this. The race, if I remember right, is the Altess, who are essentially very rich, MDC Himans.
