I'd love to see the Tinkerer stuff expanded, and an article about how traps work using the contested skills rules.

I don't get to play Fantasy much but I do pilfer a lot. What I would like to see are places
Castles, wizards towers, standing stones, ancient forts, tombs, etc. Places of power with mystic powers that are different from pyramids.
Something with a cool backstory, a brief layout, a treasure to find, a monster(s) to kill.

I want to see something on Runes/Wards/Circles
We get a lot of flavor text in books about research into new circles, and about how there are various specialized ones (for example there is a canonical Pentacle of Sumoning:Alu Demons instead of lesser demons/devils)
We are told there are other wards, ward symbols, rune symbols...
But there is nothing out there.
Which is a shame since the Summoner and Diabolist class basically start with everything they will ever know in their field.
The list of known stuff besides the basic list in the book is tiny.
Wards: 6
Runes: 6
Circles: 7 (4 are Circles of Legend)
That's not really a lot to go with...
There is one more ward in a Rifter article.

The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

Diabolism is interesting but hard to apply offensively. I'd love to see a rewrite of card magic

Now see I like Diabolism because it is hard to apply offensively.
We already have tons of offensive magic.
There are thousands of spells in dozens of schools of magic out there for offensive magic...
..but the 'other' magic?
Circle Magic (two classes: Summoner, Demon Hunter)
Ward Magic (Diabolist only)
Animation Magic (rifter)
Celestial Calligraphy (one class, and one spell that allows some use)
and some honorable mentions
Line-Drawing (can quick cast at level 5)
Flesh Sculpting* (can still cast some spells)
Techno-Wizardry* (can still cast spells)
Cybermancy* (can still cast spells)
Stone Magic (Gems are offensive but expensive and limited)
In my opinion we need more of the magic that isn't yet more "I cast a spell on the target" regardless of what flavor text we put on top of things.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.
