I've not heard of that one - which book is a bone fiend in?

Ah, thanks, Prysus. Well spotted.

In that case my answer is "never" - bone fiends are a creation of incredibly powerful magic by the Alliance of Light that cannot be replicated by a mere Necromancer, and perhaps never replicated at all at the current levels of magic energy on the Palladium World, even if the knowledge of how to do so was somehow discovered.

Yes you can. There is a curse in Eternal Torment called Undeath. You could curse a person and turn them into a Bone Fiend. The curse is
supposedly localized in the Eternal Torment but technically you can apply any curse to a weapon, artifact, or even a given situation. And
Garden of the Gods will have even new curses and blessings. So go with it.

No, you can't, at least not according, to the text of the Undeath Curse. It can turn the one cursed into "a vampire or one of the monsters listed below." (p. 68) Bone Fiends are not in the list (at least not in my edition).

Declared the ultimate authority on what is an error and what is not by Axelmania on 5.11.19.

Um, guys...Not to be a jerk, but there are a lot of things that are as powerful if not more so that a wizard can create. Golems for example.

Depends on how quickly time passes in your games, I suppose.
