One of the Rifters (08) has the Murder Mage which littearlly gains XP by draining others life force. The higher level the more XP, and the more powerful being type the more XP and it works on any being. Adult Dragons are worth 10,000 XP, Gods and Alien Intelligences are worth 80,000 XP.

Re: Quick & Dirty Ways To Gain Experience Points In No Time
I posted this before but when I start a new game I give each PC XP for the following:
- A good backstory with locations and a 2-5 family, friends and rivals that I can use for games.
- A reason for adventuring (I give a few points for an individual reason and a lot of points for the group to agree on a reason)
- Connection to other PCs, how they know each other (maximum of 2 for small groups and 3 for large groups) this requires the players to agree
- GMs choice. There are two parts to this and it's worth a lot of points. The player agrees to let me take some part of there backstory and develop it into a mystery that I can stretch out over time. One is minor and really just lets me weave a character into big events and the other is large and usually involves someone wanting them dead.
- - Example 1: PC was a GB. For the Minor plot his GB was a different model then the norm and it had strange symbols on it. Nothing was different about the GB but he was going to find out that it was a US Marine version and his first ancestor to use it was a marine. No big change just history. The big point was his missing girlfriend he was searching for had joined the Republicans and his search for her was going to bring him into conflict with them. At the same time another PC had written his backstory that he had been on a job with a few partners that went bad. I made those partners Hagan Longovich and that changeling he was with and the job was ARCHIEs bunker.
The amount of points vary from game to game but the points were always the same player to player. I did not grade the submission it was either acceptable or unacceptable.
I found this to be a great way to start the PCs with a fair number of points and gives me as the GM a lot to work with.

Before RUE you got 25 exp for using a skill. So there would be one player that would try saying there charter was singing(or back fliping) all the time to get exp.
The Clones are coming you shall all be replaced, but who is to say you have not been replaced already.

I may debate canon and RAW, but the games I run are highly house ruled. So I am not debating for how I play but about how the system works as written.

Yes, back in those days had a player who bumped himself 75 exp a campaign day based purely on the fact he was using the cooking skill for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Imagine if he'd made a point of making brunch and snacks.
There's a guy who isn't complaining about doing all the cooking.
