The Splicer source book has tiny reference to House creation rules but I suspect that it was cut out but there doesn't seem that there is never going to see a platform of that kind. Does anyone have 'House' rules?

i can't recall if they were *going* to be in a book, or if they already made it in. either way, it's premier, so there's a fair chance that it'll make it into a book, if and when palladium gets around to splicers again, assuming it isn't already in.
