Spell Levels in HU Aliens Unlimited?

In Aliens Unlimited (Not the Galaxy Guide, the other one) on pages 21-22, there's a list of new spells, but no mention of what difficulty level they should be. Is this listed somewhere in an FAQ, or errata or something? The spells are Breathable Air, Cold Wall, Create Gravlly Well, Energy Fist, Ice Blast, Magic Armor, Resist Cold, & Resist Fire & Heat. I'm creating a "master list" of spells from all across the Megaverse for my own use - to broaden the list of spells characters can use - and AU is the only book I've found so far that doesn't seem to use the levels system, or at least doesn't TELL you their levels
