Does HU have any unique H2H styles besides the usual?

The usual being Basic, Expert, Martial Arts, and Assassin.
There's Ninjitsu (OCC-specific, sorta) in TMNT. Are there any others?
ETA: There's Tarlok Martial Arts and Talitsu (RCC-specific), in Dimension Book 4:Skryapers.

Depending on how many other sources one pulls from there are a bunch.
Ninjas and Superspies/Mystic China have between them 51 additional styles. 1st edition Palladium Fantasy has several, which kinda get folded into the usual styles. Rifts:Mercenary Adventures has H2H:Gladiator. There are >10 "optional" modes in the Rifter. I'm sure there are more.

The Ancient Master can use the MAFs from the N&S and MC books. Otherwise there are no current convertion notes for those MAFs to be used with 2nd ed HU chars other than the Ancient Master.
The convertion notes in the N&S book are for use with the N&S MAFs and 1st ed HU.
There are no canon conversion notes for bringing the PF1 H2Hs into 2nd ed HU.
There are no canon conversion notes for bringing the Rifts H2Hs and MAFs into 2nd ed HU.
There are no canon conversion notes for bringing the Rifter H2Hs and MAFs into 2nd ed HU.
Talk to your GM about what you can bring into his/her game.

To be clear, the Ninjas & Superspies Option! as shown on page 214 is not only not canonical conversion notes (being, well, an option), it so often repeats that it is subject to Game Master allowance, substitution, and modification that reiterating it here seems less a matter of providing clarity than indulging an urge. Also note that the option doesn't actually say said Ancient Master may select forms from Mystic China, but that players and Game Masters may want to take a peak[sic] at it.
If, however, one is incorporating from other sources for a given game, then extended squawking about canonicity looks rather silly. There is precedent outside the core book for mentioning that sort of incorporation without wasting everyone's time reminding people that agreements between people at the game table are obviously involved. The entry for Kusari-Gama/Kyoketsu-Shogi in the GM's Guide is an example.
Two more Hand to Hand forms are Tarlok Martial Arts and Talitsu, found in Dimension Book 4:Skryapers (A sourcebook for Rifts and Heroes Unlimited). Please note those involve alien morphology and wouldn't be available for unmodified humans.

I'd forgotten about Skryapers.

Depends on what you mean by unique H2H style, some of the base class/category amount to having unique HTH styles that aren't available to other class/categories. If those count you have in the Main book:
-Ancient Master has advanced HTH:MA Master
-Physical Training's Step 4 (pg188) is titled "Special Hand to Hand Combat" with options for (1) Aggressive & Deadly Combat and (2) Defensive & Fast Combat, the bonuses from Step3 (pg187-8) are modified by what HTH choice you take, which from certain POV could mean you have 4 options based on combinations and you don't take a regular HTH skill (this supersedes)
-The Major Super Power: Natural Combat Ability (it blocks taking HTH skills or WP)
Aliens could have unique HTH styles themselves (per NCA SP), which could be imported from across the Megaverse (PF and Rifts most likely, Rifts does have some additional plus its own take on some of the N&SS MAs in WB8 Japan and in the China books).

I don't see why those wouldn't still apply.
Nightbane's conversion notes for Rifts are pre-RUE but I would assume they still apply.

They do not apply to 2nd ed due to the changes made in 2nd ed.
Once HU1 was de-canonized, any rules that were associated with HU1 were also de-canonized.
Which set of Rifts conversion notes? the 1st ones that are in the NB core book or the later ones. The NB, of all the games in the PB catalog has made the most changes to the game. And without changing editions.
Besides, the differences between HU1 and HU2 are vastly farther apart from each other then the difference between Rifts1 core book-RGMG-RUE. This is besides that RUE mostly was a rules clean up, where as HU2 changes stats of the power cats besides changing the rules.
Yes, a GM could use them as a basis for their own house rules letting the other special training sub-cats and maybe the other power cats.
