What is SCRET, and where is it detailed?

I've seen mention of it a few times, so I'm curious about which book has details on it.

Could you include the book and page number which you found "SCRET" in? Just offhand it looks like a typo of "SeCRET" to me.

SCRET is in Villain Unlimited. Government Agency for dealing with Supers.

Villains Unlimited has the main write-up, but there's also more stuff in Rifter #33, along with G.I.G.M.A. which is like their eyes-and-ears

Rifter #42 has S.C.R.E.T. agencies in Canada, UK, Russia, and other places in the world.

It's in VU, but I've found it works better if you change it to an international organization (personally I make it part of the UN) rather than a national organization (though that's just my preference).

I just pickedup #42 just for that information. I'll have to look into getting #33.
