Day One of Stay at Home Order
Posted: Tue Mar 24, 2020 7:00 pm
Hey everyone.
Today was the first day of the Stay at Home Order here in Michigan.
I came in to pack and ship orders and everything went smoothly. Please keep the orders coming. I'm ready for them.
The phones were silent and emails slow, so I actually got in a good day of writing. An unexpected accomplishment for the day.
The rest of the crew are working from home and report they still feel fine. So far, so good. Let's hope it stays that way and that you all can say the same.
The 4 reprint books did not arrive today, so I imagine they will arrive tomorrow.
The streets of southern Michigan are quiet today. People are staying home as ordered and the mad frenzy at grocery stores and warehouse clubs like Costco and Sam's Club seems to be over, at least for today. The past 4 days stores were jam-packed with the line going around the building at the Sam's Club near the Palladium Office. We are stocked up, so that was just driving by Sam's and Meijer's and other stores. Whew. Glad we stocked up early without going overboard.
That's all to report today.
