While I was rolling up a character, it occurred to me that it appeared as if once you get your College, High School, and Secondary Skills, no matter how much higher level you got, that was it. Or maybe I misread or missed something.
I've been playing certain vampiric games, where you can add new skills and knowledge tracks as you advance...so I was a little surprised that there were no additional skills as your character rose in levels. Seemed rather backward to me as even in real life, not only do we get better at what we learn in our youth, but we often add skills and knowledge.
Am I misreading TMNT or maybe missed something?
If not, I might have to do some home-rule rules...but I was curious.
