What ways are there to start fires in splicers?
Obviously flint and steel would be right out, but what other ways are possible for splicers.

if you're looking for primitive, I'm sure rubbing two sticks together (in various degrees of complexity) still works just fine.

there is also no reason that matches wouldn't work.
