What are the Dragons in Rifts:Ultimate Edition?
Is it Ok if I put them in PFrpg?

RUE has SDC/HP entries for hatchlings to use when appropriate. Those, as well as Attributes, PPE, and ISP are roughly equivalent between the hatchlings in RUE and the more potent examples from PFRPG's Dragons and Gods. Please note that the skill selections for RUE hatchlings are limited by comparison. None of the RUE hatchlings are described as having access to elemental spells. Some Dragons and Gods hatchlings are listed as learning elemental spells, but it is only as an adult that any are described casting from more than one discipline of magic.
