Attribute bonus chart
I was just curious if Palladium had an expanded Attribute bonus table to reflect penalties for low stats or things like children stats that wouldn't necessarily be at full adult level.

Rifts: Ultimate Edition has discussion and penalties for low stats. Children stats are mixed between different books, and inconsistent across them. Chaos Earth: Rise of Magic, Nightbane: Survival Guide, and Dead Reign: In the Face of Death all have rules for children character stats.
