Looking for a quick way to create DR characters/NPCs

You are on your own. The Army is MIA and our government is gone! There are no communications of any kind. Cities and towns have gone dark, and zombies fill the streets. The dead have risen and it would seem to be the end of the world. Help me, Mommy!

Looking for a quick way to create DR characters/NPCs

Like the title says I'm looking for a quick way to create characters/NPCs so I don't have to keep flipping through all my DR books just to create a bunch of characters/NPCS which will help cut down on the time I need to create a small side project that I'm working on in addition to my Rifts project.
