Once he finds what he is seeking he will be welcomed by the grim faced men and taught how to destroy the monsters he was victimized by.
After the character survives the brutal physical and mental training he will become a level 1 Slayer with the title of Apprentice (Goblin, Orc and so on) Slayer and will be addressed as such by his fellow Slayers and most other beings.
At level one the character will gain the following skills
WP:Blunt, WP:Knife, WP:Archery, WP:Shield and one specialized weapon such as a sword, mace, ball and chain, longbow, crossbow as the Slayer's signature weapon that will give the Slayer a +2 to strike, +3 to parry with that weapon unless it is a bow or crossbow weapon in which case the Slayer will still get the +3 to strike and three shots per melee at level 1 and gaining an extra shot at levels 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 12 and gain an extra WP at levels 5, 7, 9 and 10.
The Slayer will also be taught Hand To Hand:Assassin with a +1 to strike and +1 to Damage to their hated foe(goblin, orc and so on) every 3 levels

At this point in time the player can chose one of the following OCCs
Alchemist, Wizard, Warlock, Diabolist only, once the character has reached fifth level in the chosen magical OCC the character will resume leveling normally as a Slayer but his magical OCC will remain at fifth level.
At tenth level the character will be called Lord(Goblin, Orc and so on) Slayer and will gain the ability to lead a group of lower level Slayers if he chooses to do and will gain 1D4+1 level 1 Slayers as his subordinates.
Slayers will work with other Slayers who have chosen a different monster as their enemy such as a Goblin Slayer working with an Orc Slayer and so on to deal with a group of mixed monsters.
Slayers support themselves by hiring themselves out to deal with monsters that are menacing a town, village or city and will be fair in dealing for their services, such as hiring themselves out to a dirt poor village for a few hot meals and a place to rest while he deals with their monster problem or charging a seep price from a rich and pompous noble and it is this fairness and ruthlessness in destroying monsters that earns the Slayers much of the respect they receive from the public.
However should a Slayer go evil and start victimizing innocent people or side with monsters he will be hunted down by a special team of assassins lead by a Slayer Inquisitor and brought to heel and should the Slayer in question found to be truly evil or siding with monsters for no good reason such as facing an even greater menace such as a demon/devil lord and the like the Slayer will be put to death by slow torture in the town, village or city he had victimized.
Slayers will be able to make and use poisons at level 7 with the following skill Make Poisons:30+5% per level in which case the Slayer can make a verity of different type of poisons including poison gas a fail role means he has failed to create the poison in question, Use Poison:30%+5% per level, with this skill the Slayer can safely use any type of poison without risk to himself or others in the case of poison gas a failed roll means that the Slayer did not deploy the poison correctly and must make a second roll on his Use Poison skill a second failed roll means that the Slayer has poisoned himself and possibly others in the case of poison gas.
As well as the skill to make and use drugs at 25%+5% per level
Note Slayers are non psychic.
