From memory the pictures tend to have foot wraps or barefoot (as well as bare legs) which tends to not match the descriptions of armour.
So if not wearing armour I would say no, but if wearing armour I would say yes. Foot and leg protection is important when fighting.

I tend to go with "They usually do not wear shoes, but may have some sort of leg protection." Note the coyle on page 30 of M&A; he's in boots, while the wolfen he is fighting in not. Canine armor would, IMO, likely incorporate skirts as leg protection (which also covers their tail), though you might see them wearing chaps, as well, as leg protection.

I would assume that the caniform races don't normally wear footwear, but I'd also assume thay have some for specific cases. Like insulated boots for the winter, or some form of waterproof covering for when dealing with deep mud/standing water conditions to help them stay clean. I also wouldn't be surprised if their army doesn't develop a version of the Caligae, the roman sandal-boot. Which i could see them develop as a protective measure, to help protect the foot from caltrops/spike traps, sharp rocks, etc. as well as give better traction in mud, sand, snow, etc.

And, while I was mystified by the topic title at first, I finally got it.

thinking on it, i could see the caniform races developing something akin to the medieval Patten, a kind of wooden overshoe used to elevate the foot/shoe and limit the contact with dirt, mud, dung, etc.

given the structure of wolfen, coyle, and kankoran feet i'd imagine their versions of shoes might have elements of the Snowshoe, with providing extra surface area to the foot to help improve balance.
