Has anyone managed to compile a complete universal skill list for PB yet, and if so where's the link?
Figured I'd say "Hello" again and have a question

It was in Rifter 0. (PDF @ DTRPG)
But that was ages ago, long before you left. And only listed what skills were in each of the individual games.
Sa for a ""Master Skills List" Can't be done because the skill %'s and Texts are tailored for each of the individual of the PB Games.
The best that can be done in that aspect is a "Master List" for each of the indiviual of the PB Games.
