So would a Dog Boys senses know if food was created by magic?
Note they spell was cast out of their senses range.

Examples include:

Necromancer's Chicken soup.

Nature Magic's eggs and Bread.

Palladium Fantasy, Bread and milk

Eating or smelling it would they know it was created by magic?

no, only the containers that disappear after the contents are gone would possibly read as magical.

if the food is either permanently charmed (such as the nature magic eggs), or was a temporary conjuration (such as bread and milk) then sure, its an ongoing spell effect and it detects as such.
if it is a one and done spell with no long term effects then probably not... but the example spells create a magical item that has a duration... so as long as the magical effect is available (the boosts, buffs or existence as appropriate) the food is magical in the same way that a person with a spell cast on them detects as magical while the spell is in effect.
