Should there not be a huge blank space between the 'full editor' text window and the tool bar? It's a bit odd to me and a lot annoying.
What I can see is the blank space is as tall as the smilies and notifications on the right side of the screen.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? Image posting is turned on here. I am not able to replicate any issue.

If you look at thar box, there is a tab in the lower right corner. You can click on that and drag. This can adjust the height of the white box.

Also, please let me know which browser you're using. I've tested the display of the full editor in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox and am not seeing any unexpected display issues.
