Spell Strength progression

In NB, the Sorcerer doesn't seem to have any spell strength progression listed. Makes no sense since they are all about mastering spells...
Is this an oversight? Anyone have a reasonable house rule fix? Thx.

All Nightbane magic users save Priests of Night and Channellers use the Mystic's spell strength progression: +1@4,8,12 (Rifter 48 pg 24)
