Dog Boy/Psi-Stalkers and Invisibility
Will Dog Boys and Psi-Stalkers sense the presence of a human with high P.P.E. using Invisibility (Superior; Book Rifts Ultimate Edition page 212) because its magic?

Re: Dog Boy/Psi-Stalkers and Invisibility
Special abilities:
For Dog Boys - RUE pg 146, third line on the left
For Psi-Stalkers - RUE pg 153, on the right, not explicitly stated as it is with the DB... instead it is about sensing use of magic
Invisibility Sup. RUE pg 212/213 - "invisible to all means of detection"... however, sound is made so could be detected by sound, another PB inconsistency. Therefore, this should have been written "undetectable to all means of optical or olfactory detection". Note, however, that all the means of detection listed in the spell are natural non-magical means of detection... except the whole no footprints thing. Therefore, it is GM discretion whether supernatural or special psychic abilities can detect the person using this particular spell.
Additionally, sensing that a spell is in use should indicate to the DB/PS that something in the immediate area is amiss, even if the GM rules they can't detect exactly where the individual is.
