CS Manhunters (Boogeymen)
How do the Manhunters avoid Psi-Stalkers and Dog Boys when they are all major or master psychics? I have been reading the book and haven't seen anything about how they avoid them when they are moving around in Chi-Town.

There's a psychic power that hides you temporarily

I've wondered how that would work. Mask ISP & Psionics has a pretty limited duration, and psychics of the caliber of the Manhunters would be setting off alarm bells for the Psi-Stalkers and Dog Boys with pretty significant frequency if they were going about their normal business in the fortified cities. Are they stationed elsewhere? Are there areas that are considered off-limits for the Psi-Stalkers and Dog Boys in Chi-Town and the like where the Manhunters live? Are they housed in areas with other powerful psychics to throw them off the scent? Or do they just remain isolated to avoid this problem? I hate "hand-waving" a solution to problems like these.

Does the antipsychic helmet block you from being sensed? Maybe they could use that.
