Demons & Deevils save vs. psionics

I'm planning on running a "human psychics in the Minion War" game, and I haven't seen anything detailing their save vs. psionics. Humans and DBees that possess psionics get a lower save threshold (15 for minor psychics or normal humans, 12 for major psychics, 10 for master psychics). How does that work for Demons and Deevils? What is their save threshold, and does it change if they have psionics?

The Psionic save scheme is Universal, it applies to all creatures, monsters, and supernatural beings, not just humans. Demons only save as major or master psychics if they are major or master psychics.

The majority of demons are at least major psychics so that is typical, but some have none.

Note: Demons will get ME bonus's and any bonus's specifically to psionics listed in their bonus's as normal. So even if they're not psychic they are still resistant to some degree.

This makes it easier to design. Instead of coming up with different saving thresholds for demons and other catagories of monsters, they could just give a non-psychic demon an inherent +3 save vs psionics and they have the same basic effect as being a major psychic without having to invent a new save threshold for each monster type. Or give more or less bonus's to save depending.
