Looking for "create your own monster O.C.C or R.C.C"

Im in a pickle remember i saw it SOMWERE but can't find it anywhere... From what i remember the O.C.C(i think it was more like occupation ) or R.C.C was based on concept of mutating/rolling body parts or traits, creating real Cronenberg monstrousity still it wasnt evil per se... Does anyone remember it cause im loosing hope(and faith in my memories). Not sure but i remember it connected with Palladium?

I think you are thinking about Palladium's Nightbane game... you get a morphus with various mix and match monstrous forms and nightbane traits.

Rifts WB26's Mutant Barbarian RCC (pg66-9) has mutant features table

Rifts WB21's Bio-Borg pg154-61.

Rifts WB14, Keeper of the Desert RCC (pg132-3) has random powers and deformities

Rifts WB8's Oni Tables (more of an RCC than OCC) pg201-2.

Rifts WB7 has a tables for Gene Splicer Monsters (pg39-40) and (simpler) Ley Line Mutations (pg40-1), Amphib RCC (pg98-100 has a limited table as part of its creation

Rifts Main Book (not RUE) had two tables, pg18 has a quick Earth Mutant sub-random roll on Optional Rules for rounding out character, plus pg249-52 has the Quick Roll Monster and Intelligent SN Monster tables

Rifts DB2's "Creating More Alien Races" tables on pg104-8), also found in HU.

Rifts Conversion Book 1 pg91-2, the Gigantes are Mutant Giants roll for mutations.

Megaversally 2E Robotech's Genesis Pit SB and maybe the New Generation SB (Genesis Pit Subject OCC), the 1E Book 5 Invid Invasion SB might also work (but that is pretty limited compared to the 2E's).

PFRPG Land of the Damned One: Chaos Lands has a good set of random roll charts (pgs 109-121), though you have to cook up the extended skill sets.
