The level 13 invocation spell from "Book of Magic," Sanctum (390)

Is this spell good for keeping psionic power like Remote Viewing and such from seeing you?

I would say yes; the intent is clearly that you're protected from such things. That a 13th level spell would not incorporate psionic defenses, when psionics are so common, doesn't seem reasonable.
