The White Scarab.
Name: Norma Walters
A mystically-bestowed egyptologist whom possesses both some magic power along with the ability to control and duplicate some of the abilities of reptiles.
One day at the museum, she happened upon a white scarab sculpture. While handling the scarab, she passed out and received a vision. In the vision, an entity (which incidentlyresembles her costume) offered her the chance to become an extension of itself. The condition being that she defend and recover all egyptian artifacts that come into the city. Needless to say, she agreed. Now she is an egyptologist some of the time, and hero (villain) the rest of the time.
