Air Combat rules

HU2 pg. 88: Chicken tactics.
This is pretty much the same as pg. 11 of TMNT Guide to the Universe,
except for the omission of Divebombing.
Was that omitted because all the T.M.F. rules were removed from HU?

The HU2 Outer Space Combat section's Chicken Games does contain divebombing, even referring to rules in the Air Combat Divebombing section which isn't there! Either this should be removed or the Air Combat Divebombing should be put back.

Was there ever any reason given why T.M.F. was removed from HU? It's not as clear how Air Combat works without it.
TMNT Universe pg 11 contains a handy Air Combat example. No equivalent example is given in HU for a T.M.F.-less Air Combat system.

Actually it's a left over omission from Revised HU (and N&S) where both it and the TMF rules got lost in the cut and paste.

I fused both systems together myself.

If I remember correctly, Breaux felt it didn't belong. However, based on his space ship design discussions, he may be reinstating it into the system.
