APS cross over
I was wondering how you other GM's attempt at double APS powers that are combined to create a new power. For instance, napalm, plasma, nitricoxide or hydrocloric acid and nitrogicerine

Do you have Powers Unlimited? A couple of those are covered.....anyways...
Napalm: should be roughly equivlent to APS-Lava
Plasma: Er.....APS-Plasma maybe? (It is in the main book)
Nitricoxide....not entirely sure what it does.
Hydrocloric Acid: APS-Acid, except can also harm organic material (I would make it count as two powers, or have the character sacrifice a minor or two).
Nitroclicerine - APS-Liquid (minus the water bolt and water behemoth powers) but with the Detonation power, and the Exploding Spheres power (but only one can be created and thrown, and they always explode on impact - cannot be timed). Of course, large impacts will probably make the guy prematurely detonate .

Well then, either APS Vapor/Fog (minus the Fog Generation and Expel Vapor abilities) or APS Smoke/Mist (minus the choke/gag opponent ability), but include the Venomous Attack (Knockout Venom) power, which allows him to envelop a target and possibly knock them out..

I don't know, Cardiac... I kinda like the idea of being able to expel a vaporous cloud of knockout gas, or generate a cloud of it around you (provided, of course, that you're immune to it or have other means of not being knocked out yourself). It'd be great for crowd control and kidnapping -- makes me think of that scene in Spider-Man where the Green Goblin shoots some gas in Spidey's face while sneering, "Sleeeeeeep..."

your main ability is to be sucked into a hondas engine, make it really noisy for a few seconds, marginally faster (increase speed class by 1 for a melee round) and then blow the gaskets and block seals to hell.
Hmmm....or how about he changes into Nitrous Oxide, and all his flight and speed powers are doubled for a short period, after which he has to change his costume.
