A mutant with APS light, force aura, change color, wingless flight, and
bend light. Who is your classic greaser

and finally you have a tecno wisard who belives that Elivis was the second coming of Jesus

Now all of them have issues with each other but are forced to work together to save the city. Its freaking hilarous they repeativly screw things up by fighting each other more than they fight the enemy.

Ultima man: Who believed he had about 3-4 dozen super powers, but in fact had immovability, hyper density, (appears to turn to stone) and APS limb: stone as well as Ex MA. He speaks to the next guy

Yoda: (Actually, a telepathic extraterrestrial plant that was trapped on earth in the insane asylumn that ultima man was kept in)

Burster: a hyperactive homeless man with a nervous tic, a high neurochemical imbalance and a delusion that he was sent to our time from the far future to prevent some delusional disaster that opens earth into thousands of parrallell dimensions (he calls them rifts. This is not a delusion, rather than sporadic memory loss from a crazy with a bionicly implanted flamethrower)

Slugfest: a manic depressant Mutant girl, with soft wet gray skin. while her animal ability powers and Ex PB powers are active all the time, she has superhuman PS when on depressed, and Ext PP when Manic

Zero: A Changeling Psi Mechanic with a superkleptomania. (Fels compelled to steal without realising it...but only very large items...like vehicles.)

MadDuck: A Mutant Duck (and if you know of THAT duck picture from ATB you know what he looks like) who can speak only in tough guy/action hero lines.

They all escaped from the Asylumn, and rove the country in an assortment of vehicles fighting evil. and what not.
