I personallly wouldnt allow the combined PS bonus from EO PS, SH PS and SN PS. And actually on the old game FAQ that exact question comes up and according to Palladium only one PS power could be picked.

Ok, so it doesnt specifically say "no" but as I said I personally wouldnt allow it.

Heres my best shot at making the strongest PS possible.

Alien - Mega Hero:

Tremendous Physical Strength: +20

Humanoid Mineral: +4D4 +10

High Gravity Atmo: +2D4

Supernatural Physical Strength: +30 +2D6

Growth + EO: PE (around 30 PE): +60

Solar Powered (In day light): Add %40 to PS

not only will lunar strength double ps in a full moon, but with animal abilities: fish, in water, you ps is also doubled, so you could have it quadrupled if you're in water during the full moon.

So have your character have some power that turns him into water or have one of your friends throw a field of water around you and your strength is quadrupled!

I understand the reason to limit the PS of PCs. I can't count the
number of times some has taken Supernatural PS
and whined about not being able to add the two points
from boxing or body build. "Well he developed those
skills prior to his supernatural PS" I just tell them the
Supernatural PS overshadowed all their training. Now
as for APS and Supernatural PS that just doesn't make sense.
If you posses Supernatural PS and turn into another
form of matter, then why wouldn't it stack? SDC increases
so why not the physical strength to match? In my games I
allow it. Now as for my strongest guy.

Alien Mega Villian from a High Gravity Planet
Supernatural PS (rolled 30-yeah right)
+20 Termendous PS
High Gravity+8 (another roll) Supernatural PS 58
Stocky (+4 PS)
Extra Large Hands (+4) Supernatual PS 66
Physical Skills wrestling and running added 2 point to PE
Extra PE (Rolled another 30 and added 11 to PE)
Healing Factor (+8 to PE)
Energy Absorb (+6 to PE)
GROWTH. His PE is 57 which made him 114 ft tall.
Supernatual PS became 123!!!

Never used him for anything just playing around. Actually I was
considering make him a mineraloid, but that would be way to
munchkin. NAR 14. 1/2 damage from all physical attacks. Imm to

I have three versions, Body Building (secondary) body building Cut (primary) and body buiding hulk.
Secondary is for those who go to the gym to get nice and cut and try to look like cK models
Cut is for body building professionals, trimming the fat and getting REAL definition (high SDC little PS Bonus but more than the secondary version)
Hulk is for the world's strongest man competitions. Not defined just barrel chested and HUGE. More concerned with strength than appearance (so High PS bonus and little SDC Bonus)
Hulk gives out the following: PS+2d4+4, SDC+5
But I also allow for stacking so how many times can he take the skill
I base skills off of IQ
IQ/5=number of Programs
IQ=Secondary
So for arguments sake let's say this guy was a born genius IQ 20
5 Programs and 20 secondary
But it gets tricky here. Everytime you take a skill you have to spend an equal number of slots as how many time you want to take it or more plainly
x1=1
x2=+2 slots
x3=+3 slots
etc
Each program has 5 skill slots totaling 25 primary slots

x6=21 slots with 4 left over
6x12=72 (total now at 272)

Secondaries can be exchanged for Primaries at a rate of 2:1
With 20 secondaries that would be 10 primary skill slos
plus four from the original progams=14 (14+25=39)
x6=21
7=28
8=36=another bonus of+24= a total PS of 296
with still 3 primaries or 6 secondaries he could conceivably take the secondary body building

Mutations: Stocky x 5 (making him 6 feet wide)
Damage: 1d8+10x10 + 299
Carry: x50,000= 15,450,000/7kt

2) he has not concept of anything but lifting weight
3) he is fed through a tube WHILE working out no time to stop
4) soemone is funding him because he obviously can't nor does he have the capacity do menial labor
5) if he COULD do menial labor his tools would all have to be made out odf adamantium in order for him to use
6) his uh "waste" would also have to be vacu-sucked
7) you have to ROLL randomly in my game so getting XPS x 5 and Stocky x5 is near impossible
8 ) you use my huse rules
9) this guy would weight in the neighbohood of 3000-4000 lb

given that I don't think I want to see the numbers for a mega mutant or psychic

Nah, its some house rules that he uses. I know the guy. Good person. Interesting games. Very inquisitive.
