I had a few thoughts from NB BTS. In the Astral Plane does magic work the way it does anywhere else? If so would the ranges and effects be altered slightly? What about astral domains, would the same rules apply to them? Would the creator of the astral domain's powers be increased while there? I was just wondering these things. Now that I look back at them it's more than a few. What do you think?
