Personally, I don't GM/play PF enough to justify even the effort I've put into two new continents on the PF world, but I've laid-em out...

HOWEVER, I do agree that the TSR World Builder product (and the two City Builders, plus the Castle Guide, and Dungeon Guide) are all great source material, even if you don't play D&D!
