Here's the rules:
I post a description for a character, and then people submit suggested names for the character, until I declare a winner.
Then the winner posts a new character description and others submit names until a new winner is declared and so on.

Hows about it?

First character:
Alien
Humanoid Amphibian appearance
Twilight world
Experiment super abilities
Chemical experiment
Super soldier option
Experimental side effect: Must physically transform
Powers:
Attempted to increase physical agility and dexterity
Attempted to increase physical speed
Mind and body are more attuned
Heightened sense of hearing

Combat specialist education
Crash landed on Earth
No familiarity
Vibrosword

Unprincipled alignment

He was part of his race's military, and was used as a subject for experimetnal performance-enhancing drugs. His ship was sent to explore Earth's system for conquerable planets when it ran into technical problems and crashed.

Those are both interesting ideas so far.

Keep 'em coming.

I'm calling it now.

And the winner is...

the Baron with his Anura suggestion.

Although Newtron was a cute pun, and that Commander Croaker is an interesting idea.

Maybe when she was asked for a superhero name, she immediately blurted out (translated into English now that she has learned) her original code name within her own team. The name used by her teammates to designate her.

Blue Eagle.

Has absolutely nothing to do with her abilities, but is what she feels comfortable with. Not only for comfort, it also reminds her of her previous duties and training. It is also a reminder that no mission, no matter how small or seemingly meaningless requires the utmost of precision and care.

Well, I was thinking along the lines of Blue Eagle not really describing her or her abilities, that was just the designation given to her on the last mission. She hopes that maybe someone else slipped into this dimension along with her and will recognize the name. Kind of a backup plan.
