What do you mean by a "Talent package?" Are you impling some kind of discount or big, overarching Talent? Or just which work well together?
Assuming the latter, I would think a good stealth combo would be like Shadow Stepping and Invisibility, although they tend to be rather expensive, they should get you into a lot of places.
If you have small animal Morphus (possibly very in character for a stealthy guy) or some twisted bio-mechanical or even stigmata one, you could go with some kind of Swarm or detaching one. Think of it: tiny little yous running around, sneaking into the compound. Send one of you, or perhaps a piece of you, in. The rest of you telling the party what's going on could be a disturbing role-playing experience for anyone there...
